项目背景：The KG-DWN-98/2 is a deep water NELP block of ONGC located on the East Coast of India. The Eastern Offshore Asset (EOA) of ONGC located at Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh is mandated with the responsibility of developing the offshore oil and gas fields in this block. It is ONGC’s first large deep-water field development project, with water depths ranging from 400 m to 1,300 m and is one of the most critical projects in current ONGC portfolio.

The works envisaged under integrated SPS+SURF tender broadly includes Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation (EPCIC) of SPS & SURF items principally comprising of subsea Trees, subsea manifolds, subsea Riser base manifolds, subsea distribution units, Subsea Control system, offshore subsea Pipelines and tie-ins, main production and infield subsea Umbilical, subsea Umbilical termination Assembly (UTA), pipeline in-line tees, Pipeline end terminations (PLETs) and Pipeline end manifolds (PLEMs). The Pre-commissioning and assistance during commissioning are part of firm scope. The work also includes provision of survey and support vessels, Installation/Laying vessels/barges, Vessels for trenching and construction/ Installation of Pipelines and shore approach & landfall.
