如何投标:
1.必须通过电子投标提交石油和天然气租赁区块及特许租赁区块的相关资料。
2.投标文件必须通过能源部门的电子传输系统（ETS）递交。

费用：
1.所有的费用包括租金50美元/公顷和额外奖金3.5美元/公顷，以较大者为准，总共625,000美元。
2.一个租赁区块的奖金不得低于2.5美元/公顷，一个特许租赁区块的奖金不得低于1.25美元/公顷。
3.部门保留拒绝任何标书的权利。

付款方式：
1.付款须采取电子转账方式。
