技术要求如下
1. 20″ OD seamless steel casing pipe conforming to API specs 5CT Grade K-55. Weight 106.5 lbs/ft.， 3TPI thread connection， PSL-3‘R-3 with steel/rubber thread protectors on both ends. Proper color coating on coupling for grade identification and with outside coating for rust protection during transit (Drifted for 17-1/2″ bit). QTY 110 0 0 Meters.
2. 20″ OD Seamless Steel casing crossovers conforming to API specs 5CT， grade K-55， weight 106.5 lbs/ft， PSL-3， overall length 2 meter having Pin connection 3TPI offered at Sr # 1 and Box connection BTC complete with steel/rubber thread protectors on both ends. Proper color coding on coupling for grade identification and with outside coating for rust protection during transit (factory drifted for 17-1/2″ bit) Qty. 15 Nos.
3. 20″ OD Seamless Steel casing crossovers conforming to API specs 5CT， grade K-55， weight 106.5 lbs/ft， PSL-3， overall length 2 meter having Pin connection BTC and Box connection 3TPI offered at Sr # 1 complete with steel rubber thread protectors on both ends. 厂家要求：
1.The manufacturer of casing pipes must have approval of API specs 5CT for the last seven consecutive years as mother casing pipe manufacturer and threader(One Manufacturer) . In this regard latest & consecutive seven years back API certificates must be submitted with the technical offer. Scope oflicense should have (i) Manufacturer of casing or Tubing plain end， (ii) Manufacture of casing or tubing threaded and coupled (iii) Threader and (iv) PSL-3. Manufacturer API 5CT certificate with processor of casing & tubing plain end and processor of casing threaded & coupled will not be consider as manufacturer.
2. Bidder proving API 5CT of manufacturer as processor of casing & tubing plain end will not be consider as manufacturer.
3. The casing pipes must be brand new & un-used. Confirmation to this e仔ect is required in the technical offer.
4. The successful bidder will be required to furnish mill inspection certificate for casing pipes with shipping documents. Confirmation must be provided in the technical offer.
5. Authority letter in original from the manufacturer(s) covering Warranty/Guarantee for offered casing pipes for a period of 1 years from date of shipment with tender enquiry number must be furnished with the technical offer.
6.The manufacturer should have minimum 7 (seven) years’experience in the manufacturing of20 ” casing pipes with threading and have supplied 20″casing pipes to the major interactional E & P companies like Saudi Aramco， POO， KOC， Shell， BP， Total， ENI， MOL， OMV or equivalent. In this regard bidder(s) as manufacturer should provide last 7 (seven) years comprehensive detailed supply record of each year containing detail of20″ casing pipes， grade， weight， quantity， name of customer should be submitted with the technical offer. (Supply record of ir-relevant casing size other than 20″ casing will not be acceptable). The supply record must be on the company letterhead and should indicate lhe Name & Designation of the signing authority along with his contact details phone & fax l1iumbers and his official email address.
