曹海斌 摘译自 Neftegaz.RU 原文如下: UAE and South Korea will build the world’s largest oil storage facility in the emirate of Fujairah Seoul, Neftegaz.RU. ADNOC and SK Engineering and Construction Co. Ltd (SKEC) signed an agreement on the construction of an oil storage facility in the territory of Fujairah. The contract under the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) scheme provides for the design, supply of resources and construction of 3 underground storage facilities with a capacity of 14 million barrels. everybody. This project will become the world’s largest underground oil storage. The project cost is estimated at 4.4 billion dirhams ($ 1.21 billion). Approximately 50% of all contractual expenses will be returned to the UAE economy through the ADNOC in-house value creation program. Completion is expected in 2022. By agreement with SKEC, ADNOC will strengthen the position of the UAE as one of the key trade partners of South Korea. The links between the countries are strong enough. Korean companies are important customers who purchase oil and oil products from ADNOC, including liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), base oils, naphtha and fuel oil. Other areas of cooperation are also developing. In March 2018, ADNOC concluded 2 contracts with Samsung Engineering. The first contract provides for increasing the flexibility of refining crude oil, and the second for upgrading the power and water supply of the ADNOC-owned refinery in Ruvais. In May 2015, Korean Energy GS received a 3% stake in the ADNOC Onshore concession. In addition, KNOC and GS Energy own a 40% stake in the Al Dhafra Petroleum concession, where the first oil production is expected in 2019. The underground storage facility of ADNOC in Fujairah will strengthen the position of the UAE as a reliable supplier of oil. ADNOC will have greater freedom of action, allowing the company to manage and optimize the delivery schedule and maintain a wider trading volume. ADNOC will also confirm its role in ensuring the development of Fujairah as a global center for the storage and trading of oil and petroleum products. The fact is that the emirate of Fujairah is located in the east of the UAE, the emirate does not have access to the Persian Gulf. Fujairah does not have oil reserves, but access to the Gulf of Oman allows the region to develop as a maritime logistics hub. ADNOC is actively developing oil storage infrastructure outside the UAE. In November 2018 ADNOC has signed a memorandum of understanding with Indian Strategic Petroleum Reserves Ltd (ISPRL). The agreement stipulates that the ISPRL will consider the possibility of storing ADNOC oil in its underground storage facility in Padura, Karnataka in the southwest of India. This agreement followed the final shipment from the initial supply of ADNOC oil for storage at another ISPRL underground storage facility.
