2月份俄罗斯BTX出口关税将上调至36美元/吨，环比增长7.8%，同比增长34.3%。
2月份俄罗斯BTX出口关税仍将保持在原油出口关税的30%，这一比例与2017年相同。

Russian export duties on benzene, toluene and xylenes to rise again in February Russian export duties on benzene, toluene and xylenes (BTX) are set to increase for a sixth consecutive month in February, according to information on the website of the Russian Ministry of Economy. The duties will increase by 7.8% month on month and 34.3% year on year to $36/mt. The duties will remain at 30% of the crude oil export duty, the same proportion as in 2017. Export duties on crude oil are set to rise to $120.10/mt in February, following increase in the prices of crude oil.
