石油圈中国石化新闻网讯 据《油气加工》10月10日莫斯科报道，俄罗斯国有石油巨头俄罗斯石油公司（俄油）首席执行官伊戈尔·谢钦日前在莫斯科与古巴能源和矿业部长阿尔弗雷多·洛佩斯和古巴驻俄罗斯特命全权大使埃米利奥·加尔西亚举行了一次工作会议。 会议期间，双方讨论了扩大原油供应量、联合油气生产项目以及在古巴西恩富戈斯炼油厂现代化改造中的合作前景。 现代化改造以后的西恩富戈斯炼油厂届时将生产一系列符合最高生态要求的石油产品。 到去年年底前，古巴西恩富戈斯炼油厂加工了大约1000万吨原油。 李峻 编译自 油气加工 原文如下： Rosneft to develop cooperation, refinery modernization with Cuba Rosneft Chief Executive Officer Igor Sechin held a working meeting with Minister of Energy and Mines of the Republic of Cuba Alfredo Lopez and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cuba Emilio Lozada Garsia. During the meeting, the parties discussed extension of supplies volume, joint production projects, as well as prospects for cooperation in modernization of Cuban refinery Cienfuegos. The plant will produce a wide range of oil products meeting the highest ecological requirements. By the end of 2016, the refinery had processed about 10 MMt of oil.
