Compared with June, total domestic petroleum deliveries increased 1.6%. For year-to-date, total deliveries moved up 1.3% compared with the same period last year. The overall economy in the US showed gains in July, adding 209,000 jobs, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS). The US unemployment rate and the number of unemployed persons remained essentially unchanged at 4.3% and 7 million, respectively.
