印度IOC计划收购该国西海岸一LNG终端50%股权

中国石化新闻网讯 据普氏能源资讯新德里8月8日消息,印度国有炼油商印度石油公司(IOC)官员周二表示,公司将收购GSPL LNG公司最多50%股权,后者正在印度古吉拉特邦西海岸的Mundra港口新建一个500万吨/年的LNG终端。 该LNG终端计划在明年一季度试运行,估计投资约为504亿卢比(7.9亿美元)。 IOC在公告中称,作为印度第二大天然气供应商的IOC正在加大投资建设天然气基础设施和加强营销,以符合印度改变能源构成的目标。 唐绍红 摘译自 普氏能源资讯 原文如下: India’s IOC to acquire 50% equity in LNG terminal on west coast State-run refiner Indian Oil Corp will acquire up to 50% equity in GSPL LNG Ltd which is setting up a 5 million mt/year LNG terminal at Mundra Port on the west coast in Gujarat state, company officials said Tuesday. The LNG terminal is scheduled for commission in the first quarter of 2018. The estimated cost is around Rupees 50.4 billion ($790 million). IOC, as the second largest player in natural gas in India, is making significant investments in natural gas infrastructures and marketing in line with the country’s changing energy mix, the company said in a statement.
