石油圈中国石化新闻网讯 据俄罗斯卫星新闻社6月20日莫斯科报道，菲律宾驻俄罗斯大使卡洛斯·索雷塔日前在莫斯科接受俄罗斯卫星新闻社记者采访时表示，由于俄罗斯目前的天然气价格比较合理，且菲律宾未来将有更大的天然气需求，菲律宾当局时下正在研究从俄罗斯增加天然气进口量的机会。
索雷塔对记者说，俄罗斯的天然气价格是合理的，由于菲律宾可能会耗尽其自己的天然气储量，而菲律宾的需求在将来会增加。

Philippines Plans to Increase Gas Import From Russia
MOSCOW (Sputnik)/June 20, 2017
The Philippine authorities are studying opportunities for increasing natural gas imports from Russia because the prices are affordable, and the country’s needs would increase in the future, the Philippines’ Ambassador in Moscow Carlos Sorreta told Sputnik.
Russia’s gas prices are “reasonable,” and the Philippines’ needs would increase in the future because it would probably exhaust its own natural gas reservoirs, Sorreta noted.
“The prices are reasonable. We produce a small amount of natural gas, but it will run out in 2022, our estimates,” the ambassador said.
The Russian companies are expected to invest in developing infrastructure concerning natural gas imports in the Philippines, namely into installing a liquefier and constructing pipes.
In May, the Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte invited Russian business to invest in energy cooperation with his country.
