招标单位：AL-WAHA石油有限公司，作为与Midland石油公司合作的承包商和运营商，在2008年11月10日同伊拉克石油部门续签了服务合同（SDPC石油合同模式）。目前，一直在伊拉克实施油田的勘探、开发、生产、表层工程建设。

第一部分：竞标者应该按下列要求提供有关的资格预审文件
1． 竞标者总体概述
公司简介（包括业务规模的相关信息，公司介绍，技术能力，经营范围和质量保证能力等）和竞标资格证书
2. 参与者的专业资格文件
国内或国际认证的专业资格证书
3. 介绍竞标者服务能力（主要业务，在伊拉克的相关经验以及着手从事该项目的计划）介
4．近五年相关产品在国内外销售的历史合同记录
5．由第三方专业审计结构提供的近三年的审计报告和财务报表，以及银行信贷证书（英文版）
6．根据需要时提供其它相关材料；所有的文件均需使用英
第二部分：资格预审文件提交时间和地址
所有预审文件应于2015年12月23日上午10点之前亲手提交。

(3) 一张数字光盘，供阅读和编辑资格预审文件使用
