Tender by:AL-WAHA PetroleumCompany Limited, a company as the Contractor and Operator cooperating with Midland Oil Company, Ministry of Oil, Iraq for the execution of Development and Production Service Contract (SDPC) re-signed on November 10th, 2008. At present, oilfield exploration and development, production and surface engineering construction are carried out in Iraq.

In order to ensure the normal production, the 4 sets device should be opened up for inspection, thoroughly cleaning, maintenance & repair if needed. The work project included but not limited the following items:
(1) Inspection of corrosion & cleaning of pipes for entire system.
(2)Inside inspection & cleaning of deposit for all the vessels & towers.
(3) Replacement of any damage parts when needed.

Part1: Participants should provide relevant pre-qualification documents according to the following requirements:
1． General introduction of the participants
Company Profile (including relevant information on size of business, company introduction, technological capacity, scope of business and quality assurance capability etc.) and Qualification certificate
2. Professional qualification documents of the participants
Supporting documents on domestic or international authenticated professional qualifications
3．Introduction to the company capacity of the construction and management(main management and execution personnel, specialized tools and equipments and so on)
4．Historical performance of sales of relevant service both at home and abroad in recent 5 years
5．Audit reports and financial statements audited by a third party professional audit agency in recent three years andBank credit certificates
6．Other materials should be supplemented if needed
7．All documents submitted shall be in English.

All prequalification documents should be submitted before Beijing Time 5:00 PM on Dec 18.,2015 by hand
