石油圈中国石化新闻网讯 据国外媒体3月10日伦敦报道，专注于美国德克萨斯州和南美洲石油、天然气、炼油和基础设施项目收购、发展和融资的全球著名能源公司MMEX资源公司日前宣布，该公司计划斥资4.5亿美元在美国西德克萨斯州的二叠纪盆地建造一个具有日加工5万桶原油能力的新炼油厂。
这个项目尚需要收到所要求的政府许可证以及完成所需的债务和股权融资。
这个新建炼油厂将位于德克萨斯州的斯托克顿堡，靠近德州太平洋铁路Sulfur交接点。这个占地面积250英亩的新炼油厂打算利用其与现有铁路的连接向墨西哥西部和南美洲出口柴油、汽油、航空煤油、液化石油气和原油。

MMEX Resources Corp., a global energy company focusing on the acquisition, development and financing of oil, gas, refining and infrastructure projects in Texas and South America, announced today that it plans to build a $450 million, 50,000 barrels per day capacity crude oil refinery in the West Texas Permian Basin, subject to the receipt of required governmental permits and completion of required debt and equity financing.
Located 20 miles northeast of Fort Stockton, Texas, near the Sulfur Junction spur of the Texas Pacifico Railroad, the 250-acre facility intends to utilize its connection to existing railways to export diesel, gasoline, and jet fuels; liquefied petroleum gas; and crude oil to western Mexico and South America. Once completed, the Pecos County refinery will be one of the first oil refineries built in the United States in more than 40 years.
