石油圈中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯2月3日消息，美国能源信息署（EIA）已经将去年11月份美国国内石油产量数据上调了21.2万桶/天。这意味着即便在欧佩克开始减产前，美国石油产量已经位于890万桶/天之上的水平。欧佩克是基于美国石油产量约850万桶/天的水平计算其减产幅度，这意味着基于当前可以获得的截至2016年11月30日的数据，市场已经出现了40万桶/天的偏差。瑞士Petromatrix的Olivier Jakob表示，欧佩克的减产行动利好石油市场，但是美国产量反弹的速度正在加快，这令石油行业感到担忧。

US Oil Production Growing Quickly
The U.S. Energy Information Agency has revised up its domestic production figures for November, adding 212,000 barrels a day. This means that even before OPEC started to cut production, U.S. output was already above 8.9 million b/d. OPEC had calculated its cuts based on U.S. production of about 8.5 million and this means that there is already a disparity of 400,000 b/d based on the available data on Nov. 30. Olivier Jakob from the Switzerland-based Petromatrix says that OPEC’s initiative is healthy for crude markets but the speed at which U.S. production is growing will be alarming many in the industry.
